The wine selection is good. We had the stuffed mushroom and the bri cheese appetizers they were delicious. My husband ordered the veal he absolutely loved it. I ordered the ribeye steak the charr on the steak was on point. The desserts we ordered were excellent not cloying and a little on the smaller side but delicious nonetheless. Only downside side is it took very long to get our orders and even the check. Over all a great experience will definitely give it another chance.

We came here because we had heard good things about the place. While the atmosphere was cozy, the restaurant itself was very tiny. There was only a handful of tables in the venue, which is likely why they’re always booked. You’re also seated so close together that there is no privacy whatsoever. I could hear everybody’s conversations next to me. Heck, we were watching the space return on the people’s phone next to us. Our service was wonderful. It was quick. Everybody was very kind and polite. The manager even came to check on us although all she had to do is turn around. The food was meh. Whilel, I did enjoy how they cooked the calamari and how lightly it was breaded. There was no seasoning in it whatsoever. All of the food was very bland and under flavored. All in all, I’m glad we went and tried it but it’s not a place I would Be eager to try again.

Love Scarpa's! We found this place when we were in Lakeland in January. We revisited last week. It's a cozy little place, but the tables are well situated so you don't feel like you're joining the next table for dinner. Service is always excellent, and the food was outstanding. I had the Tuscan Grouper and it was delicious!

Staff is always pleasant, but my seafood dish was lacking flavor, thus the reason I removed a star. The lasagna was good tho the meatball could be a little bigger. Calamari was huge and very good. For desert we had the carrot cake and that too was tasty. Overall a nice gem to visit in Lakeland.

1st time eating here. Staff was very professional and attentive. The crab cakes were top notch. I ordered the Penne Polo for my main entree. Although the flavor was good, I wished there was a little more sauce. My friend who joined me was a little dissatisfied with her dish, the Chicken Francese. It came with polenta and green beans. She had to order a side of pasta because thats why she was craving with the dish. The polenta lacked flavor and the beans severely undercooked, basically raw. My other friend had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and loved it. I would dine here again, but I would order something different next time. The price we paid was good for appetizer, wine, salads, and entrees.
